Focus And Scope

JLSPA: Journal of Law, Social, and Public Affairs is a scholarly publication dedicated to disseminating original research and academic studies in the fields of law, social sciences, political science, public administration, public policy, governance, and other areas related to public affairs. The journal welcomes theoretical, empirical, comparative, interdisciplinary, and multidisciplinary studies that contribute to the understanding and resolution of legal, social, political, administrative, and governance issues.

The journal focuses on the development, analysis, evaluation, and application of concepts, theories, policies, institutions, and practices related to law, society, politics, government, public administration, and public affairs at local, national, regional, and international levels.

Specifically, the journal emphasizes three main aspects:

  1. the development and critical analysis of legal, social, political, administrative, and public policy theories, institutions, and practices;

  2. the examination of contemporary issues related to governance, democracy, public administration, social change, justice, and public affairs; and

  3. the development of evidence-based perspectives, policy recommendations, and practical solutions for improving governance, public services, social welfare, justice, and institutional effectiveness.

JLSPA: Journal of Law, Social, and Public Affairs serves as an academic platform for scholars, lecturers, researchers, practitioners, policymakers, legal professionals, public administrators, students, and other stakeholders to disseminate scholarly works that contribute to the advancement of knowledge, institutional development, policy improvement, social justice, democratic governance, and effective public administration.
